This is an autobiography by a 13 year old girl who has been living in the World War 2 period.
Anne Frank was 13 when she got her diary and in her diary she keeps records of her daily life. These records help us understand what life was like for people during World War 2.
Anne Frank wrote in her diary until she was 15. Unfortunately Anne Frank didn't make it to her 16th birthday but her legacy will always be with us.
