This book is about a boy who never sees his dad. John's mum and dad are separated. In the family there is Lulu and John and they live with their mum. They will be getting taken to their grandma and grandad's house due to whats happening in their family. One day, after school,  John was playing soccer in the backyard with Lulu and a second later, John kicked the ball at Lulu and she got kicked in the face. She started crying.
